Can the blender crush ice cubes or hard foods?
Yes, our blender is designed to crush small ice cubes as well as frozen fruit. For optimal results, it is important to respect the recommended ratio of approximately 1:1 between solid ingredients (ice, frozen fruit) and liquids (water, juice).
However, our blender is not suitable for mixing meat or dried fruit, as this could damage the appliance or impair its performance.
How many cycles can you do on a full charge?
A 100% charge allows on average 15 to 20 mixing cycles of 40 seconds, depending on the consistency of the ingredients.
What accessories come with the blender?
Each blender comes with the following accessories to ensure a complete and convenient experience from the first use:

Is the blender easy to clean?
Yes, the blender is very easy to clean thanks to its self-cleaning function. Simply fill the blender with warm water and a drop of dish soap, then run a 40-second cycle. This quickly removes residue after each use.
However, for a more thorough cleaning and better preservation of the product over time, it is recommended to disassemble the different parts (the lid, the blender body, etc.) and wash them separately by hand. Be careful not to immerse the motor base in water.
Is the blender waterproof?
The blender isn't completely waterproof, but it's designed to be easy to clean by hand. The blades can be rinsed under running water, even if the USB-C port is visible, as it's splash-proof.
However, it is strongly recommended not to completely immerse the blender in water or put it in the dishwasher, as this could damage the motor and electronic components. To ensure longevity, clean by hand, avoiding prolonged contact with water at the base.
Can the blender be stored in the refrigerator?
It is not recommended to place the blender in the refrigerator with the motor attached, as this may damage the electrical components.
However, you can remove the motor base, tightly seal the container with the provided lid, and thus keep your food or drinks fresh. When you want to blend your ingredients to prepare a smoothie or a shake, simply replace the motor base before starting the blending.
This method allows you to preserve the freshness of your preparations while protecting your appliance.
Is it safe to carry the filled blender in a bag? Won't the liquid leak?
Yes, it's perfectly safe to carry the blender in a bag, even when it's filled with liquid. The airtight lid that comes with the blender is specially designed to be leak-proof, preventing any spills while you're on the go.
This means you can take your drinks or preparations with you with complete peace of mind, whether to work, to the gym or on the go.
